Fran ("Fran," "we," "us") is a product of CoverPanda. This policy explains what we collect when you join our waitlist or use franwallet.com, and how we use it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
Waitlist details you give us: email address, and optionally your name, mobile number, franchise brand, state, role, and where you are in your franchise journey.
Referral activity: if you join via another operator's link, we record that referral so we can credit them.
Usage analytics: anonymous, aggregate events (pages viewed, buttons clicked) to understand and improve the experience. We do not sell this data.
How we use it
To notify you when early access opens and to send your magic sign-in link.
To prepare your account setup ahead of time if you choose to share more details.
To understand demand by franchise brand and state, and to improve the product.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We don't share your email with third parties for their own marketing. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Service providers
We use trusted vendors to operate the waitlist and site — including Supabase (database), PostHog (privacy-friendly analytics), and Stripe (payments, only if you become a Founding Member). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
